Many people must have experienced an adrenaline rush at least once in their lifetimes. Listening to one's favorite music or doing something extremely exciting can make someone feel this rush of energy. It's natural to enjoy this kind of burst in energy, but it may develop into a problem when one begins to find greater desire in feeling this rush in energy instead of deriving one's enjoyment from other daily activities such as spending time with family and friends.
