The sixth episode of “What the M” features Amy Neumann, FVP of Late-Stage Delinquency, Foreclosure, and Bankruptcy Operations at Flagstar Bank. 

Amy has a BS from Oakland University and a JD from Wayne State University Law School. She spent 12 years in private practice at Trott Law, where she was the Senior Managing Litigation Attorney. She then transitioned to the servicing side of the industry, where she has been for seven years. 

Having "crossed over the aisle," Amy has invaluable advice for law firms on what servicers love, what they don’t, and how the two can work together to form a great partnership.
