Like any other part of life, birthdays can be unnecessarily stressful for us ND bods-- what do you actually want for your birthday? Why don't you get invited to parties? How are you meant to react to presents? What's up with everybody's singing?
We're with you, the whole thing is stupid-- but hey, there might be cake so we're willing to at least try to figure out why this all happens.
