On this episode we primarily talk about the idea of "Sacred Cows" in the Black community. Specifically how we revere and admire certain celebrities and figures to the point of feeling very defensive of our faves (ex. Beyoncé and the Beyhive). We also talk about the negative side of sacred cows when it comes to people like Kanye, R. Kelly & Cosby.

We went down some other rabbit holes that lead us to talking about mediocrity, politics and nerdy stuff.
