In this truly immersive episode, FutureDocs such as yourself get a rare opportunity to experience the behind-the-scenes work ACMedical Residency Mentors did with 2 generous ACMedical members who agreed to share the advice they sought on how to optimize their U.S. medical residency Rank Order List (ROL) prior to certifying it for the 2021 Match. In this episode, we used ACMedical's ROL Worksheet and discussed over 30 factors for each program which was being ranked, per candidate, demonstrating that certifying an ROL is not any simpler if ranking 2 vs. 7+ programs.
