This story is a great example of why and how it is fundamental and beneficial to get involved in our community. To bridge the gaps. To work and aim for balance in the societies we live in. As she says, and we could not agree more: "I think it's a waste of time to not prioritize education." Doesn't that resonate with you as well?

Education allows the feelings related to fear to dissipate. In Thailand, people deal on a daily basis with the "issue" of snakes. The issue is not the snake, it is rather the fact that we might not know about them, nor understand them. The Facebook page "Snakes of Phuket" offers relevant information on all snakes we see in Phuket and the regions around. Get informed! Both you and the snakes, beautiful creatures, will benefit from it.
