In this episode of the VN² PowerUp Podcast we tackle the all important topic of leadership. Most of you already know this, but building a successful business will take great leadership. Sometimes that can be a lonely place; especially when you are going against the grain of the status quo (like the VN² strategy). So we invited an expert in the field of leadership to join the discussion—Ted Ma, who also built a very large network marketing organization prior to launching a very successful speaking business.
These days, Ted is an award-winning speaker that helps companies develop leaders, increase production and reduce turnover. He has spoken for audiences as large as 10,000 and has shared the stage with Mel Robbins, John Maxwell, and Jack Canfield.
Unlike many leadership experts, Ted has been leading teams and developing leaders for over 16 years. His unique perspective on leadership comes from his experience building an international team of thousands upon thousands of independent distributors, reaching the top 1% in that company. His success in the field led to him co-creating a training program used by over 100,000 sales associates.
Ted was named one of Databird Research Journal's top 100 Keynote Speakers for 2019 and has been featured in numerous publications including Kiplinger, CNBC, Inc, and the New York Times. He is a member of the National Speakers Association, Global Speakers Federation, and Toastmasters International.
Listen as Rocco & Jodi pick Ted’s brain on some of the difficulties that come along with change. We also spend some time on how good leaders can separate their brand from their ego (that is a big one for social media!).
