Lifetime Chicago native, Bryan Hudson, has had a lifelong passion for architecture and food. Graduate of Linbloom High School and UIC, Hudson's home has always been Chicago, but in his travels he has found a love of New Orleans and its foods. As Chairmen of the Board for the NAACP ACT-SO Southside Chicago branch, he helps us groom and prep young men and woman for scholarship compeition. I am looking forward to interviewing this gentleman that I have know more than 20 years now, and hearing about his culinary roots.
