Today's guest is Cristina Steglitz is a diversity, equity, and inclusion coordinator in New Jersey. She has experienced being forced to fit into the stories of others due to being adopted and just learning along her journey. Many hardships have been endured from neurological diagnoses, border issues in Colombia, and a lot more. But nothing has stalled her path to become who she is today. A great quest that can help out a lot of people.
