I have known David Goldberg for over 16 years and he is one of the loveliest guys I have ever met. A music guru, he has been instrumental in making change for the better in the music industry. He has just pulled off one of his greatest feats to date and that is to help orchestrate U2 to end their Joshua Tree Tour in India this year, a territory the band has never ever toured.

 

David is an experienced public company and startup CEO, board member, and adviser with extensive experience in gaming, entertainment, and sports.  He currently serves as a Senior Adviser to TPG, one of the worlds largest private equity firms. 

Previously, David was the CEO of Youbet.com (NASDAQ UBET) which was at the time the United States largest online wagering company processing over $500m in online/mobile wagers annually. David led the turnaround of Youbet to its sale to Churchill Downs (NASDAQ CHDN).  Prior to Youbet he co-led Ticketmaster as one of three members of the Office of the CEO.
