As a mainly digital artist, I’ve heard this statement a lot. “Digital art isn’t real art.” and that is total malarkey. To be frank, sure, digital art allows shortcuts not possible within traditional art but in reality, you still have to know the fundamentals of art. Just a topic that's been near my heart for a while.
