In this episode we have our first guest, from All Things Equitable Inc. diversity equity and inclusion consultant Janelle Benjamin. Aside from being Marlaina's sister they talk about former Raptor Jeremy Lin speaking out about the discrimination he faced. Also discussed is Debra Wilson from Mad Tv being under paid and devalued and how to find out if you are being unfairly paid in the work place. They also discuss 'cancel culture' and the discriminatory statements people have made which cause meaningless apologies to be made. 

Lastly they play a fun game called "Name that Influencer" where guest Janelle, has to identify the influencer based on famous quotes.
