On the Job is back again with another excellent inquiry into the job market. In the sixth episode, hosts Nupoor Ranade and Wilfredo Flores interview Dr. Adam Strantz, an assistant professor in the departments of English and Emerging Technology in Business and Design at Miami University.

In this interview, Adam talks about being adaptable on the market and looking for jobs from a variety of disciplines and their intersections. As he says in this episode, we in rhet-comp and technical professional writing are primed for these positions, and Adam talks about how his own job has presented unique opportunities and challenges.
