In this episode we cover the e-commerce trends coming out from Ireland based on the Wolfgang Digital report. We look into how the e-commerce landscape for Ireland has grown exponentially in 2020 vs 2019 and how have been the biggest beneficiaries. Through this report we also discuss key opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses:

Amazon's decrease in Google ad spend by 50% since Brexit and how that has created a vacuum fro retailer to capture the market

We look into how having a good CRM strategy might benefit small and medium businesses in a longer run

The third opportunity we look into is the importance of branding and how working on improving your brand awareness initially, will help you reap better ROI from digital marketing efforts going forward

ATV = Average Transaction Value = Total (Online) Revenue/ Total Number of Transactions

Conversion Rate = Customer of bought / Total website visitors %

ROAS = Return on ad spend (usually for Facebook and Google ads)
