Edgar shares his views on the current state of the craft beer industry and trends from more recent innovations (such as milkshake or ice cream brews) to tried and true methods for brewing beer.

Edgar Hernandez was born in Mexico City and discovered the craft beer movement happening there about 12 years ago. He finally got involved in the movement 8 years ago while still in Mexico and began to draw the attention of several breweries here in the U.S. As a result, he’s managed to build up a ton of experience with breweries of different sizes. With his mixed background of biotech engineering and master brewing, he has a unique perspective on the world of Craft Brewing as a whole. He is currently the Head Brewer at Bad Lab Beer Co in Somersworth, NH.
