Hello beautiful beans!

Today we're discussing self love through social media, and lifting the blanket of false information that we see on platforms. There's a lot that needs to be discussed on social media, but I wanted to focus on false advertisement and assumptions that we may have. I wanted to illuminate our low self esteem as a result of what we see on social media, and seeing how we can tweak that perception and turn it into something good!
