This week I talk about my mental health because May is Mental Health Awareness Month. I begin with a quote from Mark Twain about courage. I then talk about Sisyphus from Greek mythology. Existentialism philosopher/author, Albert Camus wrote the Myth of Sisyphus. Next, I talk about the composition of words like weird, disorientation, and altruistic. Finally I share some poetry which contains powerful imagery and emotion. I also reveal two words that I re-engineered.
