With my 40th birthday merely half a year away, I'm waxing philosophical on what it means to "get old." People have told me they can't do certain things because they're "too old" forever or informing I'll understand how difficult life is once I get to be their age. What I've learned is nearly all age-related excuses are pitiful attempts at justifying mediocrity. I hope this episode inspires you to leave your preconceived notions about age in the garbage where they belong.
