Where do we even begin with such a taboo topic?

It is a well know fact that when a girl starts her periods, she has now stepped into "womanhood". But what does that even meant, other than the trusted caution: "be careful, now you can get pregnant"? Society has caused great shame around this transition and from this shame, women experience a disconnect from their own feminine energy.

This episode identifies side effects of the current social discussion of menstruation but also explores ways in which we can slowly step into our feminine energy once again. This coming back home into our bodies must be lived and taught to the next generation if we are to regain a sense of balance in the world.
