Devika Nadig is an Educator of high eminence. After getting a master’s degree in English Literature, and a B.Ed. from Mumbai University, she set upon a highly successful career in Education.

She has served as a Principal and as an Academic Director of a large school in Pune.

Thereafter, with her remarkable talent and sheer hard work, she effectively moulded a curriculum that led to the training of School Principals and Administrators.

Today, she is the co-founder of Shikshangan Education Initiatives; along with Mr Vijay Gupta she successfully conducts workshops for school leaders that enhance pedagogical skills for marvellous performance.
