It’s about time! Time to use our algae powered time machine for the last journey to the past of phycology. Yes, you read it right. In this episode we go back in time into the 19th century and then move forward to the present day.

Jack and I try to cover a lot of ground here, honestly, because the topic is huge! We go over some crucial and most important names in the science at the time, later on we talk about a very important invention that pushed phycology like maybe nothing before.

Finally, as it is our final historical episode for the meantime, we share our favourite stories we learned while doing our research for this series.
