I spent many years not liking myself because I was single and because I was overweight and because I was single and overweight. ha!

Well, it has taken what seems like a million years but I have learned to like myself with extra body fat and when I feel toned and awesome. I have learned to like myself single, I've spent many years here and I finally feel peace even though I know Mr. Amazing is out there.

Let's talk about ways to like yourself with all the imperfections and the wonderful things you bring to this world.

Let's start the meeting. 

Reference, get the new Mel Robbins book The High 5 Habit. It has helped me to think about ways to like me when I look and feel my worst. Her tools that she shares are simple and powerful.   I listened to the audio version at night since I have a toddler who thinks mommy has to be with her when she sleeps. Thank God for air pods.
