By now many of you have heard of intermittent fasting.  The potential benefits are nothing short of amazing and include: increased fat burning, reversal of type 2 diabetes, lowered insulin levels, improved mental clarity and concentration, increased energy, life extension, decreased bodily inflammation, improved appetite control and much more!  There is so much confusion within the keto “space” in terms of how to best implement intermittent fasting, as well as the “rules” involved to maximize the benefits.   In this podcast episode, I’ll talk you through the ins and outs of intermittent fasting and help guide you into incorporating this pretty darn amazing practice into your daily routine!
