Dakneisha Nikoyle has overcome her experience of domestic abuse and began healing into her true self. She is a mother of a wonderful son who is helps to inspire her to show him anything is possible. Her strength, courage, bravery and determination to move forward is an inspiration to so many that are feeling like they have no way out from under abuse. 

Dakneisha is the lead vocalist with Nikoyle Noel, a group that stretches classical music to include hip-hop and R&B influences. . They’re looking to make classical music more relatable to Black audiences, foster a desire to study music among young Black students and provide scholarships to those young students to help them pursue their goal.
