Why do I have to have everything in my business documented?  I'm a small company and we move way too fast to sit down and document.  It's OK until it's not OK.  It's better to have documentation than searching for it when you need it.  Just because you are a small business doesn't mean you won't get audited or need to provide documentation in the future.
