Lauren is the definition of competitive. She played collegiate volleyball at Brown, had a very successful 8 year run in direct sales, then was recruited at a crossfit gym to be a bobsledder. She won bronze at the bobsled world championships in 2016, and silver that 2018 winter olympics. She dicusses how to pivot, handle pressure, and compete at the highest level possible.
