Join me as I tell the story of Lawrence Singleton, an evil, sadistic old man fueled by alcohol whose crimes earned him the nickname "The Mad Chopper." The justice system failed his first victim, allowing him to again commit a disgusting act against a woman in 1997. It is widely known he had a hatred for women, and his story proves just that.
