The latest episode of the Crestview Leads Podcast, "Leading with Empathy," is now available! Kelly Jasen, President and CEO of United Way Emerald Coast (UWEC), will discuss how leading with empathy can make a significant impact.

Kelly has over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. Before taking on her current position, she served as the Director of Development at another United Way branch, where she was responsible for leading fundraising efforts and managing relationships with donors and corporate partners. Her previous work also involved advocating for seniors, disabled adults, and homeless children.
