Angela Owens wanted to be an astronaut when she was younger. Instead, her career went into a different direction. She became a nurse; working in critical care; then becoming a consultant, teacher, and now an executive coach who helps healthcare leaders who want to transition in or out of the industry.

Angela still has the astronaut in her and has dedicated her career to seeing health care from an outside view; she wants to bring care back into the profession and discovery of the unknown to combat diseases that may or may not be profitable in the short term.

Angela has a lot to say about the health care industry and we touch on her views as well as what she would say to someone who wanted to enter the profession.

Along her journey, Angela’s lesson has been to go with the flow and let it go. She did this for herself so she could grow and move forward.
