Madison Sproule speaks with Alicia Gadban-Lewis. She is a professional rider, horse-trainer and entrepreneur. She has had many opportunities to train with top Olympic athletes in the United States, Europe and here in Canada. All of which has taught her lessons in many aspects of her career and in leadership. She currently runs her own business and trains around 40 riders consistently. She works hard every day and is dedicated to these animals and her clients while doing what she loves.
