On this episode I talked to Mark McManus, co-owner of Renfrew Strength and Conditioning in Elmsdale, NS.  Mark is a driving force in strength sports in Nova Scotia, running numerous powerlifting meets and strongman competitions, including the 2018 and 2019 Atlantic Canada's Strongest Man competitions.  We talk about how he got involved in lifting, the genesis of Renfrew and how he started running competitions.  Mark and Renfrew are hosting a WPC Canada powerlifting competition on November 7th, please check out Renfrew Strength and Conditioning Center of Facebook for details.
