Hear how she juggles being an assistant principle, wife, mom and business owner.  I LOVE it! Her all time passion is helping children become avid readers, especially empowering those from impoverished backgrounds. She co-founded Empowered for Life, Inc (2013) and started a daycare and afterschool program called Empowerment Station in her home community, Wren, MS. In May of 2020 she opened another center in Starkville, MS called Empowerment Station Academy (ESA). Martisa's ultimate goal is to be a light to every person that she comes in contact with. She believes that empowering others should look like a revolving door.
