In this episode, we were talking to Mark Latham, someone I (Dakota) have known for a long time. I came into the day thinking we were going to talk all about how Mark got into body building, but in reality, that was only a portion of what came up. We got into religion, comedy, acting, and creating motivation/drive for your daily life. He's an incredibly interesting person with great stories to tell.
