    • Management doesn’t grow organizations; it grows ego’s.
    • Make people your goal.
    • Empowerment grows organizations because humility doesn’t know how to hold on to the keys.
      The Struggle:
      • “Employee” leaders struggle to set teams because they are secretly seeking other’s failure to save their job.
      • A true “Owner’s” deepest desire is to elevate others to a higher future.

        • What to Do:

        1. Never go alone. Don’t perform individual tasks, but empower others through shared responsibility.
        2. Recognize. Recruit. Refine. Release.
        3. Make your span of care a step above your pace of growth.
