We continue with Dr. Jen Welter, the first female to coach in the NFL. Welter was the first woman to play running back in a men's professional football league. She played 14 years in women’s professional football winning four National Championships. Jen talks about succeeding in Football and her work growing female participation in football in schools across the country.
