Episode 6: Should a Supreme Court justice be appointed this close to a Presidential election? Is mail-in voting fraught with opportunities for fraud? 

Pat and Dick begin with a debate on the political gamesmanship of a sitting president appointing a replacement to the U.S. Supreme court with an election little more an a month away.  Following Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death, President Trump and the Republican majority in the Senate are likely to move forward with a nomination.  The Democrat's are crying foul because the Republicans blocked a similar action in the final months of the Obama administration.

Next, the guys take on the controversy over the reliability of mail-in voting.  Is it a reasonable option considering the COVID-19 pandemic or an opportunity for widespread voting irregularities in what may be a razor-thin victory in one of the most hotly contested Presidential races.     Listening Time: 32 minutes
