Riley Dyche runs and operates his own "DarkHorse Kennel" near Fairbanks, AK and is a veteran of both of THE 1000 mile sled dog races: Iditarod and Yukon Quest. He talks about the challenges of competing in these races while having your own relatively small group of dogs (<30).
