Rob Tait is one of those rare natives in Colorado. He was born in Aurora Colorado, graduated from Ponderosa High School, did his undergraduate degree at UNC and then went off to Regis University. Rob currently lives in beautiful Wash Park and is hunting for the best coffee in Denver. So if you've got some great coffee, you can contact Rob. Rob's been in the real estate industry since 2009. During his career in real estate, Rob has led, taught, coached and mentored thousands of real estate professionals and their businesses. Rob started out as a partner in the KW Highlands Ranch office until he became the operating partner of Keller Williams real estate. While operating partner of that office, Rob grew the businesses of the agents in the office itself with the results of four times profit and profit share under three years. Then Rob launched the Keller Williams Northern Colorado office with two top agents and real estate agent team. Within four years, KW Northern Colorado, grew to the top five offices in northern Colorado. Currently, Rob Tait is the founder of Downing Street Brokers, a premier real estate team serving Denver's neighborhoods with the Keller Williams Executives Realty office. And in Rob's free time when he's not working, he enjoys everything Denver has to offer. Typically, you can find Rob at a summer festival (when we can do that), racing around wash park on his bike, or trying out the new hot spots. Rob is also a new facilitator with 3to5 Clubs in the Crankset Group helping other small business owners grow to exponential profit, and meaning in what they do.
