There are some conversations which can be really difficult to have. That's probably why we call them 'difficult conversations.'

In this episode, we introduce something from the design thinking world called 'I like, I wish, What if' which allows for difficult conversations to be presented in a constructive way.

Although those difficult conversations will still be hard, sometimes it's better to have something to support your delivery than the classic 'rip the bandaid off' and see what unfolds.
