On this week's episode, I had the amazing opportunity to have an intimate networking session with my good friend, Dax Bambrough. 

Dax shares his story about how he started his traditional advertising career. He reminisces about his journey to find a career path that felt energizing and true to who he is. Through challenging leadership, mass layoffs, and adapting to changing responsibilities, Dax has created a consulting career that allows him to do what he loves best: problem-solving and building up the people and teams he's blessed to work with. 

He shares his take on regret through speculation and that dwelling on past decisions can distract us from our growth and happiness overall. Dax suggests that we seek out the things that give us energy. When we focus on the actions that give us positive energy, we will eventually spend most of our days doing what we love.
