Problem: You think habits just happen and you have no impact on habits without superhuman willpower.

  • You think habits just happen
  • You think habits are things you do
  • You believe habits are changed only by willpower
  • You focus on breaking habits that don't work for you (No-Go Habits) before you create new habits
  • Possibility: You view habits as weapons to be built, evolved, and deployed in every area of your life.

    • You just build better habits
    • Mindsets

      • You control your habits
      • You build your habits
      • You can change your habits
      • Your Habit equals Your Identity
      • Skillsets

        • Know your habits
        • Learn your triggers
        • Stack the hard with the enjoyable
        • Subtract by addition
        • MAKE IT STICK

          Take your journal and write down the following:

          Identify the #1 habit in your life that is not working for you. Identify its trigger(s).

          Design a better habit to push the current No-Go Habit from your plate.

          Identify the actions necessary to begin using this new habit immediately.

          What will you do today to take action against this No-Go Habit today and why?

          Now, take action!
