Ephesians 1:11 says “In him we have obtained an inheritance.” In Christ, we have a future people! But we have more than that, we have an inheritance. It’s called heaven. But as marvelous as those streets of gold are going to be, as jaw dropping as our mansions will look, as delicious as the fruit is going to taste, and as precious as our reunion with loved ones is going to be, I don’t think that’s the part Christ is most excited about giving us. There’s something else and it’s going to be amazing.
