This episode is very tender and close to my heart. This is the most vulnerable I have ever been and the most I have ever shared in my business. These are things that those closest to me may not even know… it's a very raw, real, and detailed account of my Worthiness Journey that spans from my teen years to where I currently am now. 

I am afraid to share this episode and all of these tender parts of me to be held and witnessed. And yet there is so much power in telling our story and I know that this is the time to share mine.
