This week we have two more fan favourites on the podcast as Paddy Moroney and Stuart Coetzer are on to discuss the 2001 season and beyond.
Once again, this is a must watch! Some hilarious stories from both of these guys as well as a lot of passion and love for SDCC.
Paddy joined us as an overseas amateur in 2001 alongside Pro Casper van der Walt. Paddy is one of our most memorable and most loved overseas players that we have ever had at our club due to the massive mark he left on the club. His passion and love for the club shines bright throughout this episode, even 19 years after he was with us.
They both discuss the 2001 season sharing the funny stories from that year as well as recalling the most memorable games and moments.
After that, they discuss what they got up to after the 2001 season such as Stu going on to represent Scotland in 2004 as well as finally hitting his first SDCC ton in 2006 after plenty of knocks in the 90s (and yes, it was after a late one in town!!).
