In fitness there is an array of evidence and examples that demonstrate the presence of racial, ethnic, gender, and other disparities in representation, inclusion, diversity, equity, and more. In this episode, we challenge the fitness industry to do better and to lead the charge of positive and sustainable change for other industries to follow.
