Today’s program features a team of agricultural visionaries who have raised “grass” and “grass-fed” to an art form. Their  farm is Peaceful by Nature and the farmers are Karen Hoffman and Jack Salo. For them, the grassland covering their Chenango County fields represents a distillation of science and study and value-driven ideals with a solid underpinning of philosophy, ethics, environment, health and integrity. And we thought it was just grass.
