Based on ASEAN Gender Outlook, several ASEAN member countries experience 25 percent increase on women's role on managerial level.
Despite the increase, women in ASEAN still face several challenges such as the lack of supportive environment as well as limited access to the skill needed in order to be a prospective leader.
In this episode, we conversed with Agatha Lydia Natania, the Executive Director of ASEAN Youth Organization, to discuss about the importance of women's role in ASEAN and how the youth can contribute to increase women's role in leadership.
