It's been a bit since I was able to get an episode up here.
Between the holidays and testing positive for COVID, I have been out of my routine.
I was going to give you guys a break and have a guest on here for Episode 6 so you wouldn't have to listen to me but the universe had other plans.
COVID seems to be ramping up. While there are no pending lock downs at this time, people are still hesitant to head to the gym. But you still need to keep up on your self care and exercise routine. So what do you do? Ever thought about building a home gym?
