1. Specificity

5. Reversibility (Study on rates of detraining)

The dudes briefly explore the differences of detraining on different intensities - High Intensity Strength Training seems to be better the Lower Intensity in terms of reversibility


6. Individualisation 

The dudes quickly talk about the influence of genetics on performance and gainz
