This week, Dave Travis is joined by Small Groups Director for Generis’ Effective Ministry Team Kristin Fry. Kristin has a heart and passion for thriving groups and community at churches and has over 20 years of experience leading in diverse small group cultures in churches of all sizes. Eight of those years were spent on staff at North Point Ministries, coaching and leading in the small groups department. Kristin is a speaker and writer on topics of organizational and leadership development, and emotional health. In addition, she is a published author, a contributing writer to several online leadership publications, and has developed numerous small group resources for organizations across the country.
